Payroll / Tax Filing
Bank of Albuquerque, in conjunction with ADP, is pleased to offer its customers the most comprehensive payroll and tax filing service available.
ADP will handle your company's payroll and reporting needs, with the ability to generate laser checks, registers, workers compensation, 401(k) and general ledger transactions. Tax calculation, deposit, filing, and reconciliation services for monthly/quarterly/annual frequencies are also available.
ADP offers delivery of payroll to your location and employees may elect direct deposit to any bank in the country; in full or partial amounts in up to three accounts.
Accuracy and timeliness of payroll/reports and taxes are assured by ADP. ADP will take full responsibility/liability for any tax penalties or traces incurred due to late or inaccurate filing or payment of payroll taxes.
Annual filing of W-3 transmittals and mailing of W-2s to both active/inactive employees will be handled by ADP at year-end.
